Membership in the Christian Ophthalmology Society may be granted after meeting the following three requirements:

1. Profession of Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord

2. Being an ophthalmologist or ophthalmologist-in-training

3. Support the mission of the Christian Ophthalmology Society

An annual dues to the Society was instituted in 2010.  Annual dues are $100 for physicians finished with their training.  Ophthalmologists in training and full time support based missionaries are granted free membership.

If you have already paid your dues via check and have never registered online before, please select the appropriate membership type and choose, send in payment.  This will be verified and updated to the website to reflect your status.

To gain a Missionary Membership in the Christian Ophthalmology Society, you must be a support based full time ophthalmology missionary.

We welcome your support of the COS Endowment Fund which will bless the society in the future.  This fund will sustain the society in its various ministries to its members, students and missionaries.
